Finally had a chance to build out the twister. The quality of the product is exceptional. It fells almost exactly like the real obstacle and is so much fun to use. I have it right next to our multi-rig and monkey bars we also constructed. If you love to run Spartan races as much as we do, this will be a great addition to your training setup. I highly recommend it! I have a cool picture of our setup, but wasn't sure if I could add that to the review.

the item that was sent is fine- however for almost 1000 bucks, i would imagine that it would be a totally ready to go out of the box with easy installation... instead i had to spend another 100 bucks to by enough equipment to actually install it this is not really what i expected for this much money- for that much i'd expect a much more "race ready" obstacle... oh well... sunk cost and all
Race Ready Obstacles
Hi Mark, We are sorry that the Twister set-up was not what you expected. On the Twister product page, in the description it states: "All Twisters will come with the hardware required to hang it, for no additional cost, which is (2) forged eye bolts, (2) nuts and (2) quick links." "NOTE: Twister does NOT include the inner pipe to hang it on, because that would bring us right back to the problem of it being too big and heavy to ship it economically! (However, we include directions to tell you the easiest way to hang it, from items you can purchase at almost every hardware store!)" As we stated in the description, the inner pipe is NOT included with your Twister 2.0 purchase because it would then turn the Twister 2.0 into an almost 9' long obstacle when packaged, which in turn, pushes the limits of normal shipping carriers and bumps it into a MUCH more costly shipping category. Again, we do apologize that you were unhappy with your purchase, but as we mentioned above, the product would be exponentially more expensive to make, and especially ship, if we made the product all in one big piece.

United StatesAbsolutely great quality and workmanship
I used the Twister at a local charity event at our church we put on every year and it was very easy assemble and the 1 page instructions were probably the best I have ever seen. I mounted it on some home made 16 ft. Monkey Bars with some Rings and a Stirrup grip I purchased from Race Ready Obstacles a few weeks ago and it worked great. Kids and adults were having a blast.
