Shipping policy

Everything on our site is hand-made by us, so please allow 3-5 days production time on all items, unless otherwise specified in the product description. In most circumstances, items will ship within 3-5 days via UPS.

For products and bundles that say "SHIPPING IS INCLUDED IN THE US ONLY", that is for the 48 states in the United States, which do not include Hawaii or Alaska.

Some orders of larger value may require a signature for shipping. We do this to protect us and to protect your orders, to help ensure your package gets to you.

Race Ready Obstacles LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you suspect a lost or stolen package, please contact whichever shipping carrier, UPS or USPS, completed your order.

For international orders, customer is responsible for any extra dues and other fees that are required to release packages.
