We made the Y-GRIP to use on rigs that we build at OCR events, including Midwest OCR, Abominable Snow Race and Frontline OCR, to name a few. It was made initially to attach to scaffolding, by having it on a "swinging arm". This "home training version" only needs a strap and quick link to attach to a monkey bar, pull up bar or any other apparatus that can support your weight. Because it hangs freely from a strap, the shift in weight as you grab it makes it much tougher than what you'll experience when it's attached to a "stable swinging arm", which means when you come across it on race day, you'll be ready!
The Y-GRIP includes the strap and quick link, so it is ready to hang right from the box.
