Item was on time and as advertised. The string on the back just like what would be at a Spartan race was helpful as well. It took me about 20 min a day for 2 days to really master this ( watched Spartan videos too ! ) Now bullseye every time ! Worth the $ to me to “stick” this obstacle !

I really like this spear. I made my own to practice with but this one feels more like the ones used in the Spartan races. Plan on buying more items in the future.
