Twister 2.0

Hi Mark, We are sorry that the Twister set-up was not what you expected. On the Twister product page, in the description it states: "All Twisters will come with the hardware required to hang it, for no additional cost, which is (2) forged eye bolts, (2) nuts and (2) quick links." "NOTE: Twister does NOT include the inner pipe to hang it on, because that would bring us right back to the problem of it being too big and heavy to ship it economically! (However, we include directions to tell you the easiest way to hang it, from items you can purchase at almost every hardware store!)" As we stated in the description, the inner pipe is NOT included with your Twister 2.0 purchase because it would then turn the Twister 2.0 into an almost 9' long obstacle when packaged, which in turn, pushes the limits of normal shipping carriers and bumps it into a MUCH more costly shipping category. Again, we do apologize that you were unhappy with your purchase, but as we mentioned above, the product would be exponentially more expensive to make, and especially ship, if we made the product all in one big piece.
